FREE standard shipping is available for all orders of $35 or more on the website (after promotions and discounts are applied), shipped to a single US address, and limited to the contiguous 48 United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Surcharges may apply for these excluded States.

Purchases of Fat Stone Farm gift cards as well as taxes, duty charges, and any shipping or other fees do not apply toward the minimum purchase requirement.

No shipping to APO/FPO addresses or international addresses at this time.

We strive to get every order shipped within 48 hours. Expedited shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery times are determined by your shipping zip code. Once orders leave our farm, delivery times are generally 2 to 5 business days. We use UPS Ground and USPS. Order tracking numbers are issued and sent to the email you provided us once we have packed the order. You will be able to track the order in transit using this order tracking number.

Outside the contiguous U.S.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories is not available at this time. International orders are not available at this time.

Problems with Shipping

In the case that you receive a damaged order, please send us an email with the following information:

1. Your order number

2. Which product(s) are un-useable

3. Photographs that contains the shipping label (with tracking number visible), the bottom of the box with the black seal visible, if possible, and the damaged product.

In the case that your order is wrong, you need to let us know within 5 days of receiving the order. Please e-mail us within 5 days of receiving the order.

If you received the wrong items due to our error, we will re-ship the correct items to you. We may send a return shipping label so that you can return the incorrectly packed items.

If you changed your mind after receiving your order, or if you mistakenly ordered the wrong items, we will send you a return shipping label. Once we receive your items, we will refund your purchase less 12% of your purchase price OR $15, whichever is greater, as a re-stocking and shipping fee.

If your delivery fails due to your failure to accurately or completely provide your address (for example, but not limited to these examples, you did not specify an apartment number, or you did not update your shipping address after you moved), we will cancel the original order, re-route the package back to Fat Stone Farm if possible, and refund your money less an inconvenience charge of $15.00 to help cover the costs of re-directing it back to the farm.

Shipping and The Environment
We strive to be an environmentally conscious company. We use specially designed 100% cardboard shipping boxes for many of our orders. Our shrink bands are 100% biodegradable. Our packing tape is brown kraft paper with nylon string reinforcement and adhesive. And all our bottles are glass. While this means a bit more shipping weight, it also means that you don’t have to worry about potential leaching from plastic containers.

Free shipping in the contiguous 48 states for orders $35 and over, excluding taxes, duties, and shipping fees, and after discounts are applied for all products except gift cards on the website, fatstonefarm.com.


Will you ship Elderberry Apple Shots internationally?
Not at this time. We ship to the continental United States only. We would appreciate hearing from you if you want this option. Email us.


How quickly will you ship my order?
We aim to process and ship orders within 48 hours. All orders are packed by human beings and we are as efficient as possible, but during extremely busy times, we may need an extra day or two to get orders out the door.


Can I track my order shipment?
Yes, you can. As soon as we ship your product, you will receive an e-mail with tracking numbers.


Will we expedite shipping?
Not at this time. We do our best to get your order processed and out the door within 48 hours. Most of the time it is sooner than that! We would appreciate hearing from you if you want this option: Email us.


May I ship to a Post Office Box?
We will ship small packages (4-packs, 2-packs, 6-pack soaps, and single gummy kits) to a PO Box. Large orders do not ship to PO Boxes. If you specify a PO Box for a large order, we will contact you for a street address. This will delay your order.
Do we ship to Hawaii and Alaska?
We only ship to the lower 48 States.
Do you ship to APO/FPO boxes?
