Did you know? The regulatory burden to set up at "certified" farmer's market in the State of CT continues to increase, which translates into lots of time and more money to participate. The biggest markets also expect free samples (which incurs lots more paperwork and money). And of course we must show up whether it's pouring raining (meaning no customers will show up) or not. Certainly there must be a better way......
